Why work with me ...
For as long as I can remember I have been helping others in business, whether it be students, salon owners, local florists, gyms and many more. Now having spent time detailing and refining my 5 STEP RESET METHOD
I know how I can help you.
With 27 years in the service industry from hotels, to cruise ships, to education and 20 years as a salon owner I have honed and refined my customer journey that has created unshakable loyalty.
Every day in life we all encounter customer experience from the terrible, to the mediocre all the way through to those truly memorable. Through my role as a mentor I will help ensure you elevate your experience and create the most memorable experiences for your clients and customers every day.
How it all started...
I had a childhood dream of working on cruise ships, travelling the world, and of running my own salon, and by the age of 22 I had lived them both...but that was only the start.
Cruise ships and the exceptional service they insist upon shaped me and made me more than a little bit obsessive about customer experience and the customer journey.
Having now taught in industry for over 17 years at a number of public and private colleges and more recently my own teaching academy, I recognise that those standards in industry are not consistently high, and this is something I want to CHANGE.
My own award winning salon and the team that I have led for over 20 years do deliver that 5* customer experience because we live and breathe the customer journey each and everyday for every customer we serve.
My goal now is to work with you and help you elevate and maximise the customer experience for your clients in your business.

Some fun facts about me...
I have intriguing hobbies including a regular desire to submerge myself in Ice for up to an hour.
I have more shoes and bags than I could ever need but I believe there are many worse vices to have.
I have officially completed a challenge conquered by less people than have summited mount Everest.
My fur baby Riley is the most popular member of the team. 4 years old and still thinks he's a puppy.
Me and tech don't have the best relationship but we are working on it and making some healthy progress.
I have been fortunate enough to travel to 6/7 continents, strangely though my missing one is not Antarctica.
